How do I place an order?

Browse the store, pick your pieces, select your size, and hit Add to Cart. Head to checkout, enter your shipping info and payment — and you're locked in. You'll get a confirmation email right away.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

No — all orders are final once placed. Production starts immediately, so we can't modify or cancel after checkout. Double-check your cart, size, and address before completing your purchase.

I didn't get a confirmation email — what now?

Check your spam/junk folder first — it happens! If it's not there, email us at fanmaltheoneandonly@gmail.com with the email address you used and we'll look it up for you.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify.

How long does shipping take?

Each item is made to order. Here's the timeline:
  • Production: 1–2 weeks (we start immediately)
  • Shipping: 3–7 business days after it ships
  • Total estimated time: 2–4 weeks
We always aim to beat that estimate. You'll get a tracking number the moment it leaves our hands.

Yes! We ship worldwide. International orders may take additional time due to customs and local carriers. Shipping rates and times are calculated at checkout. Note: international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number. You can also use our Track Your Order page — just enter your order number and email address.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on orders over $75 within the US. International rates vary by destination.

First, check around your building, with neighbors, or with your building manager — carriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected spots. If it's still missing after 24 hours, email us at fanmaltheoneandonly@gmail.com and we'll help investigate.

How do I find my correct size?

Each product page has a size guide — check it before ordering. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed streetwear fit. Still unsure? Email us with your measurements and we'll help you pick.

Do your clothes run true to size?

Our pieces are designed with a streetwear/oversized fit in mind. If you prefer a more fitted look, size down. Check the specific product's size chart for exact measurements — each style may differ slightly.

Can I exchange for a different size?

All sales are final — we do not accept size exchanges. Since items are made to order, please select your size carefully using the size guide provided on each product page before purchasing.

Do you accept returns?

No — all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason including change of mind, sizing issues, or dislike of the product. Please order carefully and refer to our full refund policy.

What if my item arrived damaged or defective?

We're sorry to hear that! Email us at fanmaltheoneandonly@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage
  • A brief description of the issue
We'll assess it on a case-by-case basis and make it right.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are not offered except in cases where an item arrives defective or damaged — and even then, they are handled at our discretion. We may offer a replacement instead of a refund. Shipping costs are always non-refundable.

  • Use a gentle cycle
  • Do not bleach
  • Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry
