All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
Please ensure that all order details—including product selection, sizing, and shipping information—are correct before completing your purchase.
Due to the nature of our products and production process, once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photo evidence. Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted. Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement at our discretion.
We are not responsible for:
Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
Shipping delays caused by carriers
